- The LIFT CRM platform and related applications
This policy applies to both marketing websites and logged-in users of the platform.

The LIFT CRM platform enables email, SMS, MMS, voicemail, and other communications.
- Message content is stored as part of normal platform operation.
- We do not scan message content for marketing purposes.
- Users are solely responsible for the legality, consent, and compliance of messages sent through the platform.
7. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell personal information.
We may share information:
- With service providers and subprocessors necessary to operate the Services
- With payment processors, messaging providers, hosting providers, and analytics tools
- When required by law, regulation, or legal process

After account cancellation:

- Data is scheduled for deletion subject to technical, contractual, and legal limitations
Users are responsible for exporting their data prior to cancellation.

For California residents, we comply with applicable rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act, including rights to access and delete personal information. We do not sell personal information.
11. Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” feature. At this time, we do not respond to Do Not Track signals.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information.
Data stored within the LIFT CRM platform uses security measures provided by the underlying infrastructure, including encryption in transit and at rest, and role-based access controls.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Use of the Services is at your own risk.

The Services are intended for adults and businesses only. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Material changes may be communicated by email or through the Services. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
