SERVICE DESCRIPTION AND PRODUCT ADDENDUM

LIFT Marketing System
Effective Date: January 1, 2026

This Service Description and Product Addendum (“Addendum”) describes the services offered by LIFT Growth Systems LLC, doing business as LIFT Marketing System (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

This Addendum is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service and does not replace or modify any limitation of liability, disclaimer, or compliance obligation set forth in the Terms.


1. Software Services

LIFT Marketing System provides access to LIFT CRM, a cloud-based customer relationship management platform.

Core functionality may include:

  • Contact and lead management
  • Messaging tools including email, SMS, MMS, and voicemail
  • Automation workflows and triggers
  • Pipelines and opportunity tracking
  • Reporting and analytics features
  • Integration with third-party services

Features and functionality may change, be added, modified, or removed at any time.


2. Platform Nature and Dependencies

LIFT CRM is a white-labeled platform built on third-party infrastructure.

Availability, performance, features, and integrations depend on third-party providers, carrier networks, and infrastructure partners.

The Company does not control and is not responsible for:

  • Third-party outages or service interruptions
  • Provider policy changes
  • Carrier enforcement actions
  • Feature limitations imposed by underlying platforms


3. Onboarding and Setup Services

The Company may offer optional onboarding, implementation, or setup services for an additional fee.

Onboarding services may include:

  • Initial account configuration
  • Basic platform setup
  • Assistance connecting integrations
  • General guidance on system usage

Onboarding services do not include:

  • Legal or compliance review
  • Consent verification or list validation
  • Deliverability guarantees
  • Marketing strategy development
  • Ongoing campaign management
  • Revenue, lead, or conversion guarantees


4. Timelines and Customer Responsibilities

Any timelines provided, including setup or onboarding timelines, are estimates only.

Timelines depend on:

  • Customer responsiveness
  • Accuracy and completeness of information provided
  • Access credentials and approvals
  • Third-party provider response times

Delays caused by missing information, approvals, or external dependencies extend timelines accordingly.


5. No Performance or Outcome Guarantees

The Company does not guarantee:

  • Marketing results

  • Lead volume or quality
  • Revenue or return on investment
  • Conversion rates
  • Email or SMS deliverability
  • Compliance outcomes

Results depend on factors outside the Company’s control, including customer data quality, messaging practices, industry, and external provider behavior.


6. Customer Responsibilities

Customer is responsible for:

  • Proper configuration and use of the platform

  • Compliance with all laws and messaging regulations
  • Data accuracy and list quality
  • Monitoring performance and deliverability
  • Exporting and backing up data as needed

The Company does not act as Customer’s marketing agency, legal advisor, or compliance consultant unless explicitly agreed in writing.


7. Changes to Services

The Company may update, modify, or discontinue services, features, or integrations at any time.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of such changes.


8. Relationship to Other Agreements

This Addendum supplements the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use and Messaging Policy, and Data Processing Addendum.

If there is any conflict, the Terms of Service control.
